Meetings
Take this opportunity to plan a special meeting. When you have 8 or more delegates registered, we will provide private meeting accommodations. Planning your AGM and have to gather from around the North? Enjoy the conference and host your AGM in Hay River. We can assist with those arrangements.
Refund Policy
- No refunds provided after 1 April 2010
- A processing fee of $75.00 will be charged to cancel prior to 1 April 2010
- You will receive confirmation once payment has been received. We can provide payment confirmation by email or fax.
- Payment accepted by visa or cheque prior to arrival.
- Prepaid registration is mandatory.
