- Exhibitors Set up Hay River Recreation Center 10am –6pm
- Registration – Hay River Recreation Center 10am – 9pm
- Welcome Reception and Tours hosted by NTCL. Visit the Syncro lift, tour a barge, and meet the NTCL crew. 12pm – 4pm. In addition to NTCL, the Town Tour includes: Concept Energy Services Ltd., Carter Industries, Kingland Welding.
- Waterfalls Tours – Enjoy the legendary falls that are a rare beauty less than an hour’s drive from Hay River. Register and depart from Recreation Center for tours. 11am – 4pm.
- Canadian North (Southern Arrivals) – Enjoy reception, Optional tours, Set up booths.
- First Air – 8am (Northern Arrivals) – Enjoy Reception, Optional Tours, Set up booths.
- Buffalo/First Air 6pm arrive (Northern Arrivals)– Check into hotel, head to reception.
Exhibitors arriving from Northern Communities can ship booths ahead and arrange to have them set up in advance. There will be a $75.00 fee for this service. This will allow you to travel on Monday Sept. 08th connect in Yellowknife on the evening flights over and be set up for the evening reception. Booths must be sent to arrive one day prior to the show. They can be shipped to the following address:

The Ptarmigan Inn, Homesteader Inn, and Migrator will hold your booths prior to arrival if staying with them. Please see hotel info for contacts. Please advise the hotels you are shipping prior to your arrival when making your reservations.

Booth Information
Booths are 10 x10 in size. They will include two chairs, one skirted table
(2’ x 6’) and power outlets.

Costs
- Early Bird Booth rentals $795 plus GST – This includes booth and one delegate. (Please register the additional delegate separately).
- After May 15 2008 Booth rental $925.00 plus GST
- Delegate Registration is additional
- Early Bird registration per person $495.00 + GST
- After May 15 2008 per person $625.00 + GST
Refund Policy
- No refunds provided after 01 August 2008
- A processing fee of $75.00 will be charged to cancel prior to 01 August 2008
- You will receive confirmation once payment has been received. We can provide payment by email or fax.
- Payment accepted visa or cheque prior to arrival.
- Prepaid Registration is mandatory.
Tear Down – Wednesday Sept. 10th 3-4pm.
