- Travel dates for conference: September 5th to September 12, 2008.
- Changes are permitted upon availability and within dates of conference. A $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.

- Departs Hay River, Monday through Friday 7:30 am arrive Yellowknife 8:15 am.
- Departs Yellowknife, Monday through Friday 5:00 pm arrives Hay River 5:50 pm.
- Departs Hay River, Saturday 8:00 am arrives Yellowknife 8:45 am only.
- Departs Yellowknife, Sunday 4:30 pm arrives Hay River 5:15 pm only.
